Overview:

Pacific International is a global executive search firm specializing in strategic leadership, change, and transformation markets, providing human capital services to Fortune 500/FTSE 100 companies for over 25 years. We partner with clients to identify, assess, and introduce the top candidates in their respective fields.

Position Summary:

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will leverage your 1 to 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment or sales to identify top talent for our clients. Working closely with our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process to final placement.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients across diverse industries and positions.
• Utilize your experience in cold calling to proactively source candidates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to cultivate a prospective candidate pool.
• Craft compelling pitches to attract candidates to our pipeline.
• Assess candidates; knowledge, skills, and abilities through interviews to match the best fit for open roles.
• Provide recruitment reports to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Build rapport with stakeholders to upsell candidates and clients on additional opportunities.
• Demonstrate a strategic and agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.
• Achieve KPIs set by the head of delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment or sales.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Organized multitasker with excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to excel in a performance-based environment.

Location:

This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
