We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist in our Tracy CA facility. Job Responsibilities: · Receiving and entering orders via phone, fax, and email. Primarily via email, occasionally via phone or fax.· Placing purchase orders with vendors for special order items.· Invoicing customers.· Answering multiple phone lines.· Filing. Qualifications/Skills: · Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Able to work in a fast-pace environment.· Must be detail oriented.· Must be a quick learner, self-starter, and team player.· Must be able to multi-task.· Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Required:· High School Diploma or Equivalent.· Must type 50 wpm Candidates that apply must be hard working, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
