Site Manager and Corporate Surgery Manager
Status
Part Time (1-3 days per month)
Schedule
Our normal office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. However, work hours for this position vary based on responsibilities before and after the surgery day.
Objective
- Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities.
- In a positive and cheerful manner, oversee and evaluate all pre and post-op activities.
- Work with the team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout the admission, anesthesia and discharge phases of each patient’s surgical experience.
- Maintain effective communication within TLC, Surgery, Clinic and other departments of PCLI.
Licensure Required
RN state licensure for the state(s) in which he/she practices
Additional Training
- CPR certification (required)
- ACLS certification (optional)

- Good computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Office & EHR/EMR products
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude
