OVERVIEW

The Regulatory Coordinator will work within the health care business area with medical device packaging regulations. The primary project will be building a symbols library to cover all the symbols that are used on packaging medical devices. The employee will also be in charge of maintaining teams training & procedures as they change and helping the team work more efficiently. This is an entry-level, non-lab position.

We are seeking a current student for this part-time position. Hours are flexible with school schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain training for team procedures and best practices as procedures change
• Assist with team daily Scrum meetings to ensure that the projects run smoothly
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to gather needed information and present on the project
• Handle, review, and enter data associated medical device packaging and labeling regulations
• Organize and maintain updated division spreadsheets using Excel
• Collect documentation for various products
• Must be highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at once

QUALIFICATIONS

• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, coding, and computer science is a plus
  • Pre-existing knowledge of the subject is not mandatory
• Ability to work in a group and work to create cohesion throughout team
• Currently pursuing a BS in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related science
• Experience with databases, Excel, and other spreadsheets
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to work in an office setting; as this position is not laboratory or engineering focused
