The employee will be responsible for:

• Executing security services as they are outlined in the post order manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines as directed by P4.
• Supporting management by accepting various assignments at multiple locations in order to cover open posts both pre-planned and unscheduled
• Preparing employee schedules to meet contract requirements
• Performing assigned duties regardless of inclement weather in a safe and effective manner.
• Being a mentor and daily resource for all department personnel, including leading by example and communicating performance expectations to the security staff as well as the consequences for not meeting those standards.
• Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
• Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby/visitor reception, loading dock security, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.
• Writing detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during a shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved. 
• Contacting appropriate individuals (site supervisors, field management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift.
• Following all company procedures and policies, maintaining acceptable attendance, and adhering to all customer service standards.
• Participating in all mandatory company and site orientation and training programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years prior experience in a supervisory position managing 5 employees.
• Must have excellent attendance and job performance record
• Security or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Successfully obtain a PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card), which can be obtained post-hire.
• Must be willing to work all shifts and be willing to travel to multiple locations
• Prior commercial building security or customer service experience
