WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGThis dynamic consulting role requires expertise in management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or learning development. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more. The change manager will develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes. The change manager's goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use or apply the changes in their daily work.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Act as the change management expert on client engagements
  • Applying accepted change managementprinciples (e.g.; ProSci ADKAR) and methods to the engagement
  • Define the change strategy for people development and planning
  • Develop the communication plan and cadence
  • Establish the structure for defining the employee experience
  • Develop the project plan / checklist for the change management work stream
  • Creating models for resourcing change agents
  • Defining and documenting the change management process
  • Performing change impact assessments
  • Applying strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience required
  • Preferred background includes roles in management consulting, corporate strategy, and learning and development
  • Preferred industry experience includes cloud software, apps, digital media, or other high-tech industry background
  • Proven problem-solving, multi-tasking, and analytical abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (particularly advanced capabilities for Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to align to common change management methodologies such as ProSci ADKAR
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Strong EQ. You ask good questions and know when it is appropriate to chime in during client meetings or ask a peer after the meeting

DETAILSFull-time. Ability to work with clients in various Global time zones. Possible travel to Seattle corporate HQ for meetings. In addition to providing your resume/CV in your application, please include a link to your online portfolio or upload work samples. Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000. Benefit offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental, and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays) program.
