Position Description:

The Change Management Analyst conducts stakeholder analysis and mapping to understand key stakeholders' commitment to the Human Resources (HR) Delivery Transformation and identifies top needs, concerns, and communication preferences.

Minimum/General Experience: 4 years of experience as a Change Management Analyst.

Minimum Education: Bachelors' Degree.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in a highly complex stakeholder's environment
• Strong ability to translate complex information in an easy-to-understand way for variety of audiences
• Strong ability to create written and visual communication materials, change management plans, and training resources (e.g., presentations, talking points, intranet articles, newsletters, videos, job aids, FAQs)
• Strong visual communication, storyboarding, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and plan/manage work products in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to collaborate and build interpersonal relationships with clients
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills

Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:

• Develops creative communications, products, and services that help stakeholders to visualize the HRDT vision and understand how they are impacted by HRDT initiatives (e.g., One-pagers, FAQs, newsletters, user guides, etc.) in support of Agency priorities
• Collects, analyzes, and reports on change management metrics to inform progress on meeting success measures and for continuous improvement
• Collaborates with the Communications and Change Management team
• Develop and implements change management strategy and stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate two-way communications, share program updates, and prepare stakeholders for impending changes
• Engages in regular touchpoints across project workstreams to understand the change impacts to stakeholders for upcoming initiatives and collaborates to develop stakeholder communications and engagement plans that facilitate stakeholder adoption
