The Day Porter monitors and maintain the areas of the facility up to the client standards.
Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices and other areas in the facility in a clean and sanitary manner. Maintains main entrance and around to the building areas, pick up debris, cigarettes butts on flowers and gardens. Maintains all lobby entrance glass doors cleaned and fingers print free. Maintains all restrooms from basement to the penthouse. Replenished items as needed minimum once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Maintains all break rooms and vending areas in the building, removes trash, sanitizes all counters, tables and chairs. Replenishes paper products and hand soap as needed. Maintains all outside elevator banks, wipes down all chrome end wall spots. Maintains both emergency stairwells, checks for debris, wipes sown hand rails and wall spots. Attends all service calls, this consists of providing labor and materials to perform miscellaneous minor cleaning tasks during regular working hours and special events on time. Vacuums office areas according to established procedures. At the end of the shift equipment must be left clean and ready to use including cleaning materials.
