OVHcloud is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Reston, VA

Job Summary

OVHcloud is seeking an experienced, highly motivated in-house Corporate Recruiter. This person will work closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire both technical and non-technical talent across various departments. The Corporate Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting to include the following: discussing open requisitions with hiring managers to gain full understanding of position requirements and description, posting positions, sourcing, and pre-screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates to hiring manager, coordinating interviews, and pre-closing candidate with verbal offers. 

The Corporate Recruiter will also collaborate with Marketing to grow the OVHcloud brand in the US and support various HR projects as needed.

This position reports to the Director, Human Resources.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve OVHcloud staffing objectives by driving the talent acquisition processes. 
  • Build candidate pools for each open position by leveraging all available tools and resources (job boards, employee referrals, search engines, web resume mining techniques, and direct cold calling,colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and social media as appropriate).
  • Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with Hiring Managers to define needs.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Hiring Managers and screening applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. 
  • Conduct detailed evaluation of candidates against specific requirements and identify those best suited to interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Arrange candidate interviews by coordinating schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Maintain current information on all open positions and track recruiting analytics using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment of compensation, FLSA classification, benefits, and onboarding requirements/processes for all new hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience including sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.
  • Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple searches, candidates, and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Experience recruiting advanced technical positions is preferred. 
  • Ability to negotiate employment offers and extend offer packages.
  • Experience using professional and social networking sites to attract and connect with potential candidates. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter pro is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment workflow, involving key stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
  • SHRM- CP or PHR Preferred
