OVG360 is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative |Austin Texas

Overview

Job Summary

As the sales development representative, you will work off a targeted list of potential prospects to develop new sales opportunities from cold or inactive accounts. You will spend your time researching prospective targets, identifying decision makers within these accounts, contacting these leads, and qualifying them. A smart, personalized approach will yield great results and convert these targets into active business opportunities for OVG Hospitality. 

As sales development representative, you’ll play a critical role in helping OVG to find new customers, and support the business development team in delivering innovative solutions for bettering our sales process. You will focus on establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional.

You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. The work you do on phone, email, and through marketing campaigns is directly linked to successful outcomes and growth of the hospitality division. If you enjoy talking to people and helping people see the value in new services, this is the job for you! 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and understand all of OVG360’s services and familiarize with each area’s function and purpose, so you can confidently speak to our customers about the span of the organization.
  • Conduct market research to qualify new leads, independently planning and implementing lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, crafting custom emails, and organizing marketing outreach campaigns to identify business prospects and confirm buying cycle and timeline for potential customers.
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique. Listen attentively to questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage meetings.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and news and be prepared to tailor your outreach to maximize our opportunities.
  • Support the business development team with planning and outreach for industry networking events in order to maximize our exposure and connections.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.
  • Maintain an organized workplace and properly record client notes, call logs and activities in CRM so information is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions. Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management and productivity.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have CRM Experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on creating word documents, Excel spreadsheets, email)
