Our office is looking to add another front office employee to join our team. We are a fun & busy general dental office treating both children & adults seeking to add a reliable, friendly & dedicated insurance coordinator to our outstanding staff. Previous dental experience is preferred. This job requires an understanding of dental procedures, dental procedure codes & working with insurance benefits. Primary responsibilities include checking patients in/out, presenting treatment options, scheduling patients, requesting fax backs or initial breakdowns of insurance plans & other general front office duties. Additionally, helping with accounts receivable & insurance claims would be occasionally needed. Office is fully digital with up to date equipment. Office hours are Tuesday/Thursday 9-6, Wednesday 7-4, Friday 7-3. This position is full time & we are seeking someone who is interested in a long term position where they can grow as a team member & establish relationships with other staff/patients.
