Job Description: Responsible for balancing the financial objectives to maximize total revenues and profit associated with total revenue. Leads and coaches Reservations Department. Accountable for providing guidance on pricing, positioning and inventory of all hotels. Develops and implements strategy for pricing and optimization of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments. Maintains productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel general managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners. Is responsible directly for Business performance analysis, reporting, strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting on a group level. Takes the lead in learning and development of the revenue hosts. Responsible for the implementation at property level of corporate initiatives within the distribution framework. Minimum Requirements Minimum two years in hospitality industry; at least two years in a Revenue related discipline preferred. Must possess high school diploma; Business or Hospitality-related degree preferred. Proficiency in written and verbal English. Must be skilled in various Microsoft platforms, including formula writing in Excel and have attention to detail. Working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and BI systems required. Must have the ability to troubleshoot as challenges occur. Experience with various tools such as rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytic tools, and strategic understanding of RevPar, occupancy, ADR, and forecast preferred. Ability to work with numbers with speed and accuracy preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours.
