This is an exciting accounting position with a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will have an opportunity to work with the Accounting, Finance and Corporate groups. Responsibilities include supporting the team in various functions of the month-end close, analysis and reconciliations of accounts. What You'll Do: Month-end close journal entries – primarily prepaids, accruals, intercompany Account reconciliations Daily capex processing and project reconciliations Perform SOX testing Research and provide supporting documentation for account variances. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements Assist in the preparation and documentation provided to external auditors Recommend process improvements and efficiencies Minimum Requirements: 1 years finance/accounting experience, public and/or private Strong analytical skills Strong Excel skills Prior experience with compensation and benefit accounting Ability to maintain highly confidential compensation-related information Experience with Ceridian and Oracle Accounting Software a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills, ability to handle details and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player and who can work independently To all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
