About This Role

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage a team of international-based project coordinators overseeing solar projects from start to finish, you'll own and execute all strategic management vital to the role. Collaborating with all internal departments to move projects report on company KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage client expectations
  • Train and implement new processes
  • Answer the team's questions and devise best-in-class customer experience strategies
  • Improve project completion time from 6 months to 3 months
  • Address any customer issues/challenges and resolve customer conflicts with ease
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
  • Overall management of the team and assigned projects ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Track customer feedback providing process improvement suggestions when necessary
  • Flexible and punctual decision-making on a variety of topics
  • Utilize CRM systems (Podio) to update the status of projects in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with development teams to translate technical components to the clients and external stakeholders
  • Track customer feedback and prevent additional issues by recommending process and product improvements
  • Act as a liaison between sales representatives, technicians, and customers
  • Safeguard the achievement of all operational KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 yrs. experience working in construction, preferably in the solar or roofing industry
  • 3 yrs. customer service experience
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, Teams Etc
  • Exceptional leadership skills in managing a small team, delegating responsibilities, and following up on the progress
  • Track customer feedback and prevent additional issues by recommending process and product improvements
  • Deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with hands-on leadership skills
  • Solution-oriented with endless ideas to improve efficiency, communication, and the customer experience
  • Ability to lead autonomously with little to no supervision
  • Exceptional foresight with the desire to take initiatives to the next level and the desired result
  • Strong multitasker with the ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Result Driven with a demonstrated strength in managing goals and objectives to showcase analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements and have a valid driver's license while maintaining a clean driving record if applicable to the position.
