Position Summary:
We seek a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a strategic leader of student recruitment. This person will lead the strategic and operational components of enrollment, doing the research necessary to inform decision making, as well as oversight of all aspects of admissions including student recruitment and registration.
Responsibilities - Complete the specific tasks associated with the general responsibilities listed below:
  • Enroll OSS to its full capacity, including summer SPARK program, with high quality candidates
  • Identify, orchestrate, staff and support targeted outreach opportunities and Open Houses
  • Leverage resources and opportunities such as the OSS Family Engagement Committee, Required Family Meetings and Volunteer program to effectively support OSS outreach efforts
  • Fulfill duties whether on site or remotely
  • Mentor an inexperienced new hire who will be supporting our student Outreach effort
  • Develop a repeatable process and cadence for Outreach and measure effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications/Skills:
  • Deep recruiting strategy and implementation skills with proven track record
  • Proficiency with computers and software programs, social media platforms and simple publishing skills such as Canva
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong professional collaboration, social, and cultural competence; ability to give and receive feedback and coaching openly for professional growth
  • Commitment to, and interest in, being part of a community that supports inclusivity, equity and social justice
