Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes is Experience using Taleo applicant tracking system is preferred Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

This is hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days in office to start, then 1-2 days in office after trained, so candidate will need to be located in or around Topeka, KS area.
