OTR Solutions is looking for a self-motivated Facilities Supervisor that embraces the company culture and projects that culture into our environment. You will oversee the daily operations including security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet needs of the organization and employees.

Your day-to-day:

• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members and vendors
• Monitoring the cleanliness of the interior areas such as offices, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common areas.
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Assist in facilities set up with IT related systems and projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Communicate with employees as required; keeping them informed of incident process and notifying them of any potential issues.

What we look for:

• 0-2 years’ experience working with computer technology in a business environment preferred
• Strong customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
