ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate processing and recording of the weekly company payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in daily data entry for the payroll function. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Analyzes, prepares, and inputs payroll data via the Ceridian Dayforce HCM system Reconcile payroll and validate final reports Troubleshoot and resolve payroll related errors Weekly Tip Reconciliation Work directly with Managers in Operations to ensure accurate and timely timesheet completion Prepare Ad Hoc, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Year End reports (gross payroll, hours worked, PTO, Union deductions, benefit deductions etc.) for management Maintains current knowledge and ensures compliance of applicable state and federal wage and hour lawsEnsures accurate and compliant garnishment deductions and benefit contributions Serve as a business partner and work closely with HR to provide support to our field teams QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years payroll experience Required Qualifications: Tipped payroll processing experience Union payroll experience preferred Canadian payroll experience preferred FPC/ CPP preferred Working knowledge of payroll best practices Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Strong work ethic and committed team player Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to maintain a confidential work environment Ability to communicate information to employees and management OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
