Otaku Ramen is seeking great people to join our Commissary team. Our commissary produces the food for all our units. The Otaku teams are fun, energetic, and tight knit. We serve ramen, and "fun, fast, loud hospitality." Hard work and fun go together at Otaku restaurants.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift 80 lbs solo, 100lbs assisted consistently throughout the day (deliveries vary in size, up to 80 parcels/items at a time)
• Ability to stand, crouch, and reach repetitively
• Proficient in computer software to print and edit invoices
• Must have valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (3 previous years)
• Pack and label prepared food and dry goods onto delivery truck and unload inventory at various resturants throughout the city
• Rotate product properly when pulling order to ensure FIFO regulations are followed
• Maintain a clean vehicle at all times
• Check tire pressure and gas levels regularly
• Pick up product from wholesalers and deliver back to commissary as needed
• Assist in light prep work such as portioning and weighing product as needed
• Possess great time management skills to ensure deliveries arrive on during scheduled window
• Work independently and efficiently, with a SENSE OF URGENCY
• Communicate directly with commissary manager about product shortages, needs, or sharp increases/decreases in pars
• Assist with kitchen cleanup at end of day
