OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers in the Farmingville, NY area.

OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained.

MUST HAVE A NY STATE SECURITY GUARD LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION.

$16.20 an hour.

Must have weekend availability. Part time afternoon and midnight shifts.

Requirements:

· Eighteen years of age

· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary

· Ability to speak and write English

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures.

· Basic Computer Skills

Responsibilities include:

· Thoroughly checking in employee bags

· Use of hand wand

· Monitor employee check in

· Recording of feeder gate logs

· Sealing and/or cutting seals from trailers

· Foot patrols
