As an Electronics Sales Supervisor, you will be our go-to point-person at store level. Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate the Electronics Centre in select locations across Canada, and we are growing fast.  Reporting to the OSL Wireless Manager, you will be responsible to make sure your location is delivering excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. Our focus is on talented leaders who have been successful in leading teams regardless of the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly schedules for the team, address payroll, absenteeism, and vacation requests, hiring and developing a high performance sales team
  • Responsible to achieve set targets and OSL Key Performance Indicators
  • Deliver team training, coaching and performance management to ensure employees understand what is expected of them, working towards meeting established targets
  • Provide customers with a positive and informative shopping experience, ensuring you consider the whole Home Entertainment picture
  • Ensure store is always staffed appropriately by managing weekly schedules for the team, approving payroll and address all issues brought forward by the team
  • All Team members are up to date on all operational guidelines, are following proper HR policies
  • Lead by example and create an open-door environment that encourages teamwork
  • Offer to back up the purchase of these goods with a service that protects them long term
  • Acts with professionalism and integrity
  • Being able to stand for longer periods of time, moving/supporting 30-50lbs of merchandise
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
