Orthodontic Experts is a successful and fun orthodontic practice with 24 locations that service Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. This year we are on track to open additional offices and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team!
Explore the role of Operations Manager in the Chicagoland area and make a difference in each patient’s life while supporting the team to meet business goals. This leadership role offers an opportunity to support four to six orthodontic offices to ensure team and patient satisfaction.
As an Operations Manager, you will build rewarding relationships with our valued team members by mentoring them to reach their fullest potential. Additionally, Operations Managers will have day to day interactions with patients, supporting them through their journey into braces or aligners and helping them stay on track to the smile of their dreams.
We are looking for a goal-driven individual who possesses high energy, a positive and friendly attitude, and most importantly, someone who provides exemplary patient care.
