Position: Customer Service Team Member

Reports to: Customer Experience Team Lead

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service to doctor’s offices by providing answers and solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages with confidence and respond with accurate and thorough information.
  • Follow-up on action items not resolved.
  • Communicate effectively through Microsoft Teams with shipping and RX Design.
  • Design orthodontic prescriptions using ODL’s EasyRx software.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing ideals to improve the customer experience.
  • Perform remote training sessions to educate ODL’s partner dental and orthodontic offices to onboard into EasyRx.
  • Give constructive feedback on processes and procedures.
  • Support a positive culture by communicating and leading by example.

Required Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in the field of dental or orthodontics.
  • The ability to navigate change successfully without hesitation.
  • Problem-solving-minded by using strategy-based solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to embrace cross-training to support a mutually beneficial partnership with ODL.
  • An understanding of the value of working as a team for a shared goal.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
