Purpose and Job Summary As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will be focused on partnering with hiring managers for our subsidiary businesses including Boston Financial Investment Management, Lument, and NXT Capital. This individual will be a strategic advisor and proactive source of top talent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently conduct full-cycle recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for mid-to-senior level hires Source candidates directly through networking events and online recruiting tools Provide continuous feedback to candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders Be intrigued by identifying and placing hard-to-find talent, especially in more technical and front office areas. Stay on top of market trends Partner with academic and diversity organizations to improve and enhance our recruitment strategy Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members, hiring managers, and other HR partners Proactively and creatively source and recruit active and passive candidates to build diverse pipelines Maintain reporting and tracking of openings, TA metrics, etc. using Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS (Workday Recruiting) Help drive the firm’s diversity and internal mobility initiatives Contacts This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role will interact with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, candidates, and other office visitors. Education, Skills & Experience Required 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting Experience creatively sourcing passive talent through various channels Expertise in identifying talent for niche positions, specifically within technology, finance, accounting, legal/compliance Ability to navigate and work in Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent client relationship management skills High level of organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and meet goals and established deadlines Embraces change and adjusts priorities in a growing organization and changing environment A “can-do” attitude paired with strong multitasking skills ORIX Corporation USA and its affiliates (“ORIX Group USA”) strive to achieve as safe an office environment as possible for employees.
