General Laborer - Ococonomoc, WI - Organix Recycling

Summary: Under general supervision, connects hoses to equipment, completes routine equipment maintenance. Cleans and maintains the operation grounds in a safe, efficient manner. Requires performance of recurring manual tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, performing light maintenance, washing plastic containers and lids.

This position is a safety sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The employee has the responsibility for his/her own safety as well as the safety of others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash bins and operate a forklift to maintain daily operations.
• Performs general light maintenance and repair activities.
• Moves equipment when needed.
• Replenishes and stocks supplies.
• Lubricates and checks machinery and equipment.
• Runs errands and picks up supplies and equipment, cleans and maintain operation site, including sweeping, taking out trash, keeping operation in order.

Qualifications & Education:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs

Experience:

• 0-6 months general labor experience

Pay:

• Hourly: to be determined.
