~ Job Summary ~ **WE ARE FULLY REMOTE**

The Marketing Specialist will support with creating & executing all promotions, product launches & special events; assist with internal communication regarding the promotions & launches; tracks competitor operations, creates education docs for internal/external parties & supports with all aspects of a successful launch or promotion. The Marketing Specialist creates & executes upon an annual marketing plan & strategy to retain, increase, & engage members with a focus on personalized marketing experiences. This position leads work that significantly impacts the achievement of company growth & retention goals in alignment with strategic priorities.

~ Roles & Responsibilities ~

• Supports execution of influencer marketing strategy with the Director of Partnerships.
• Oversees administrative tasks including emails, spreadsheet management, Asana project management, KPI's, communication with internal team & development of partnership marketing education campaigns
• Supports in creating & executing all promotions & launches
• Supports internal business owners to coordinate & assist in the implementation of annual marketing campaigns within appropriate promotional budgets & coordinates marketing efforts related to the promotion of products & services to ensure successful campaign implementation & outcomes
• The position coordinates & implements the development of marketing tools that generates effective promotions, educates & engages with audiences/customers
• Works closely with Web Team, Partnerships, & Creative to oversee the creation of creative briefs, presentations, web content, digital campaigns & other marketing communications
• Supports with forecasting & projecting for promotions & launches

~ Position Requirements ~ 

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Google Suite
• Asana Management
• Basic Excel Management
• Interest in marketing social media & product development is an added bonus*

Our story began with three people who wanted to make the healthy path easier for all. We’re a group of friends brought together by a homemade health guru with a flip cam that believed in empowering others through real, whole foods, & powerful habit creation.

From the moment we started in our founder’s apartment, we’ve always felt a close connection with the people we helped. Every new thing we learned, they learned right along with us. We were truly going on this journey together. Our community showed us that there was no easy way to get the nutrition they needed unless they spent their weekend chopping, pressing, & juicing. 

We saw this as an opportunity to go beyond what was thought possible & created a more convenient superfood solution. Solved through 52 iterations, we found a way to make superior nutrition tasty & easy as a single scoop. This became our first green juice. 

Now with millions of our high-quality blends shared & hundreds of thousands of lives changed, we’ve learned together that change doesn’t have to be hard. Our goal is to transform the world through community, nutrition, & making better decisions. We have only begun to scratch the surface.
