Oregon Metal Fabrication specializes in commercial, industrial, and structural metal fabrication. The company has rapidly expanded over the last 5 years, and we are continually developing systems to ensure we continue to meet quality standards and schedule with increased workflow. We are searching for a project manager to further our growth and development.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with construction and/or manufacturing management. They will be able to develop processes to organize and manage project schedules, costs, documentation, and progress. Experience with manufacturing and metal fabrication would allow a candidate to shorten their learning curve and quickly apply estimates to task durations and accurately schedule work. The ideal person will be able to quickly learn our manufacturing procedures and project schedules for multiple projects and allocate labor appropriately to meet deadlines. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of lean manufacturing methods and help develop solutions and resolve operational bottlenecks.
