We are a professional metal fabrication shop that specializes in industrial, structural, and custom fabrication. The shop is a fast pace work environment always striving to complete our projects on time with precise detail. We are looking for a hard-working people that can work well with our team, but also by themselves. Meaning, if you are unsupervised, we can count on you to be on task, maintain quality, and manage your time well.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will show up to work on time every day to perform tasks at hand. Be honest, trustworthy, manage time well, and have a good attitude. The perfect candidate would be familiar or experienced with commercial painting processes and materials, equipment, and surface preparation.
General skills needed:
- Operating paint spray gun to finish metal structures and components
- Prepare surfaces and paint according to specifications
- Maintain equipment and paint booth in good working condition
- Operating hand tools (grinder, drill, impact gun, etc.)
- Safely loading, securing, and unloading materials/parts on and off trucks
- General math skills
- Reading a tape measure
Bonus skills valued but not required:
- Metal fabrication experience / familiarity
- Forklift operations
- Powder coating experience
- Sand blasting experience
