Now we’re expanding into the MedSpa arena and seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to kickstart our new brand. The ideal candidate solves problems, creates culture and is an entrepreneur at heart. Previous med spa experience is highly preferred.

As the first Regional Manager in the area, you will be creating standard operating procedures and setting the standard for the entire company. You will be the acting Clinical Director for studio #1 until more studios open in your region.
As a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, You Have:
Must have 5 years of multi-unit operations experience
Experience with opening new locations within the health & wellness industry preferred
Knowledge to educate and maintain compliance (including medical compliance)
Drive results and hold clinic teams accountable for achieving all KPI’s & metrics
Proactive and creative problem-solving; innovative thought leader
Demonstrated integrity and positive work ethic
Passionate about the industry and strives for excellence; motivated, results-driven, and upholds our company’s mission
Degree in business, health & wellness or corresponding fields preferred
