Job Description
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.
Responsibilities
As an Integrated Technologies Owner in Client Relationships-CommunityWorks, you will be responsible for the technical components of Oracle Cerner client project implementations. You will work with internal and external clients and partner relationships to achieve business objectives. Be able to manage the complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will define client strategy and technology roadmap, in order to direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project. Integrated Technologies Owners design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments, and act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks. As a key member of this team, you will work independently with little supervision and be able to prioritize and manage concurrent projects while working with ambiguity. It is also important for you to be able to break down complex situations and communicate them effectively to clients and internal project teams both electronically and verbally (which includes but not limited to leading and directing client calls). You will understand and execute written technical work instruction and will understand and document complex technical communication.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- At least 1 year health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- At least 1 year of working experience utilizing project portfolio management (PPM), JIRA, or Remedy software tools
- At least 1 year of networking experience
- At least 1 year of finance experience working with contracts and with Project Number (PN) management
Expectations
- Willing to travel 15-30% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

California Pay Range: from $29.86 to $58.17 per hour; from $62,100 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $28.22 to $52.36 per hour; from $58,700 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.22 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,700 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $31.54 to $55.24 per hour; from $65,600 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
