Job Description
Intermediate implementation professional who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.
- Consult with Oracle clients to deliver consulting services
- Consult with clients on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with client to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested
- Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
- Coach client on data collection and system design requirements, and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation
- Consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests
- Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
- Coach and mentor associate consultants
- Support internal team initiatives
Responsibilities
Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer until transition to support.Disclaimer:

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $27.64 to $58.17 per hour; from $57,500 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.00 to $52.36 per hour; from $52,000 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.03 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $28.99 to $55.24 per hour; from $60,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
