Title : Facilities Manager
Location : St Joseph MO 64504
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Shift : 08:00 am – 05:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
Pay Rate : $36.06/hr. on W2
Summary
We are looking for a seasoned facilities manager. 600,000 sq. ft. Everything about this plant is going well. Spent a lot of time turning the plant around. Troubleshooting and thinking outside the box. Going to be in charge of janitorial, fire system, HVAC chillers, and landscaping, forklifts. Have to have knowledge in all of those areas
- Need facilities management experience
- Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
- Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together
- Need good interpersonal skills.
- Clear understanding of budgeting process
- Have a very good understanding of job hazard
Years of Experience needed: 5 years of facilities management experience, technical background
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Office, Excel
Top Must have Skills:
- Need facilities management experience
- Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
- Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together
- Need good interpersonal skills.
- Clear understanding of budgeting process
- Have a very good understanding of job hazard
Top Nice to have Skills: Been a technician and moved up through the ranks. Have to be able to help turn a wrench if needed.
