What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to serve our clients by identifying their needs and adaptations of products, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify current and future client service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and others in a position to understand service requirements.
• Provide product, service, or technical information by answering questions and requests.
• Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential clients and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in sales. 
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM Experience.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices. 
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Must have good networking and conflict resolution skills.
• A fast learner with a can-do attitude.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and ownership.
• 2 to 5 years of software development sales experience.
• Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing systems.
