OptimaCare is Hiring a Medical Records Coordinator Near Secaucus, NJ

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate order of open charts;
  • Prepares closed carts;
  • Ensures all Admission Orders are signed by the attending physician on a timely manner;
  • Answers telephone inquiry and may answer correspondence;
  • Performs miscellaneous duties pertaining to medical records

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year clerical experience
  • Computer and software skills.
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have great organizational skills
