OptimaCare is Hiring a Medical Records Coordinator Near Secaucus, NJ
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate order of open charts;
- Prepares closed carts;
- Ensures all Admission Orders are signed by the attending physician on a timely manner;
- Answers telephone inquiry and may answer correspondence;
- Performs miscellaneous duties pertaining to medical records
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year clerical experience
- Computer and software skills.
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have great organizational skills
