Paid Search Specialist- Full Time | Remote
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to help our clients improve their ROI from pay-per-click advertising. This role includes but is not limited to setting up PPC campaigns, keyword research, A|B testing, and optimization. The perfect candidate is both creative and technical, providing direction, input, and assistance in all projects relating to paid ads, remarketing, banner ads, social ads, and landing page platforms. This position requires tactical knowledge and experience in paid search marketing tasks such as research, bid management, copywriting, landing page testing, budget management, and reporting. The Paid Search Specialist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. You will play a pivotal role in lead generation for our customers and improving their digital footprint.
We are looking for a self-motivated multi-tasker, comfortable working quickly and with significant ambiguity in a dynamic environment. The chosen candidate relishes new challenges, manages projects effectively, solves problems, and collaborates well with other team members in a remote agency environment. In this role, you’ll create and manage campaigns from the ground up, conduct iterative keyword research, formulate compelling search and display ad copy, conduct analyses/tests, and report on successes. And, you’ll do it in a setting where creativity, drive, and self-motivation engender accomplishment and reward. What We’re Looking For:
1. Monitor, implement and recommend client budgets and bid adjustments to achieve client-defined goals and objectives.
2. Assist with the performance projection process to inform the new business.
1. Measure and report performance of all paid ad campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Paid Search Specialist Requirements:
Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
