OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTERS INC is Hiring a Case Coordinator Near Marshfield, WI

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate
  • Post-secondary training in human services or related field/experience working with people with disabilities may be substituted
  • Two (2) years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services and maintain a caseload of Long Term Support Clients supporting them in a variety of job sites
  • Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and appropriate behavior
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to act as a liaison between employers and employment services staff as well as individuals care team (funding sources, employers, families/caregivers)
  • Ability to work independently and creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals
  • Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR.)
  • This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
