Description:The NetSuite Administrator would help implement and optimize our NetSuite products in an effective and scalable way that is in line with our business objectives. This individual would be knowledgeable of NetSuite's best practices and declarative configurations within NetSuite ERP, CRM, WMS, Payroll, etc. The NetSuite Admin can be the single point of contact for all things NetSuite. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication, organizational, time management, and a positive, “can do” attitude. Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and exceeds goals.

Responsibilities:

• Works under the Project Management team to document business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionalities
• Effectively configures and customizes NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts, present, and implement sustainable solutions to key stakeholders
• Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization support for moves to production and new NetSuite release functionality
• Prioritize all service requests and trouble tickets, collaborating with functional and applications development team members to satisfy organizational needs
• Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert for all NetSuite modules, 3rd party products and integrations within NetSuite
• Actively participate in data migration tasks
• Can confidently be the NetSuite go-to person on our team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5 years of experience acting as a NetSuite Technical Administrator or NetSuite Functional Consultant
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems a plus
• Previous experience and working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and its processes, including one or more of the following areas:
  • Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report
• Proficient in designing/implementing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV import
• Held lead roles during projects
• Has configured components of various complexity within the NetSuite environment
• Experienced in vendor relationship management
• Experience with integrating NetSuite components with third-party applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification preferred, others encouraged
