About the Position:

OpenEye, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management systems, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in the Liberty Lake, WA office. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the direct handling of all incoming/outgoing inventory and non-inventory transactions. This includes receiving physical inventory through labeling, data entry, and physical release of product to appropriate party.

• In charge of managing the non-accounting related inventory system for all MIM related inventory transactions.
• Responsible to make sure that information is correct regarding warehouse and item on documents such as invoices, sales orders, and work order templates.
• Supports and adheres to the Open Eye Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Ensures that all incoming inventory is properly verified and counted by referencing a vendor invoice and/or packing slip against a purchase order and against the physical product received.
• · Labels all inventory received, ensuring that references the purchase order number and the date of the invoice.
• · Responsible for receiving all inventories into the accounting system and completing required paperwork necessary for the accounting department to update the receipt of these goods.
• · Places parts into the appropriate inventory locations if ordered for stock, or places the received product with an appropriate invoice, sales order or work order (the reason for ordering the parts).
• · Creates areas that are referenced by specific bin locations in order to improve organization.
• · Pulls and distributes inventory to all orders and notifies the appropriate party when the orders are complete.
• · Tracks and maintains paperwork for all inventory parts exchanged, or given to employees due to failing parts, office equipment needs, the need for a different component, etc.
• · Receives, verifies, properly tags, and stocks RMA parts in the correct locations.
• · Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• · a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• · a minimum of 2-5 years related experience and/or training
• · Able to lift up to 60 lbs on a continuous basis
