Partner Account Manager
This role will have a primary focus on our partnerships with Microsoft Solutions Partners focused on Microsoft cybersecurity and collaboration workloads.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Channel Partners and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with Open Systems business priorities. Drive end-to-end revenue, Open Systems profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Articulate business strategies and values to effectively sell with the Partner, creating a scalable and repeatable selling ecosystem. Develop knowledge of Partner priorities, solution areas, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, Open Systems priorities and value proposition to differentiate Open Systems from competitors. Train partners on our Partner Platform tool and coordinate and execute Open Systems activities with the Partner, leveraging Open Systems specialists when needed. Align field sales to drive increased value to Open Systems for pipeline and revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem.
