Your Mission

Your mission is to improve the budgeting and reporting at Open Systems by enhancing the systems and processes and deliver meaningful KPIs throughout the organization. You will be supported by the VP of FP&A with significant exposure to the CFO and other key leaders in the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between the Product Development and Engineering teams, facilitating cross-functional analysis and reporting on budget requests and allocations
• Maintain, track and manage headcount for the Product Development and Engineering teams
• Perform Pricing, Cost, and Margin Analysis for all product offerings
• Prepare and distribute the cost center actual vs budget reporting, identify variances and timing delays of budgeted expenses
• Contribute to annual and quarterly planning and forecasting processes and long-range strategic planning

• Work with operations to develop or update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as needed, and track the trends of KPIs, companywide identifying the cause of any unexpected variances.

• Analyse the impacts to new business initiatives and potential acquisitions
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on strategic projects and guidance on budget/forecast

Your Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience working for Subscription/Software companies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
• Background in FP&A software & ERP implementation required
• Strong financial modeling, data mining and analysis, and creating dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus, must have advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
