Receive shipment requirements for delivery and follow procedures to include routing guidelines.Prepare shipping papers and ensure completeness of details and requirements based on Global Trade compliance and Government Agency requirements.Book shipments with various couriers and forwarders.Adhere to functional group KPI and provide feedback for opportunities for continuous improvement.Maintain records and keep documents of all shipments based on requirements.Load/unload inbound/outbound shipments validating material against shipping documentation.Use of material handling equipment to include screw guns, etc.Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.General housekeeping.Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function.High school diploma or educational equivalent.Lift up to 50 lbs
unaided.US citizenship.Obtain forklift certification.Computer skills to include data entry of received materials, entering shipping information, etc.Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables).Manufacturing industry experience.
