We are hiring a Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our Chatsworth, CA operation. What will you be doing? This position reports to Ontic Chatsworth’s Accounts Receivable Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the receivables listing. This position works closely with all functional areas of the business such as but not limited to Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and Quality. This role is accountable for collecting timely payments from customers. What Experience, Knowledge, Education are we Looking for? High School or High School Equivalent REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Previous knowledge or experience pertaining to Cash handling, purchase orders, customer service, collections, and basic Microsoft Office experience. 2-3 years exp preferred.
