Onsite Workshops is growing our reach to better serve the amazing people we are honored to join on their healing journey! With that comes an opportunity to grow our core team. Primary functions:
• Facilitate therapy groups, individual sessions, couples or family sessions and intensives and program activities with clients. Main function is to facilitate approximately three groups (workshops) per month. This includes the possibility of online group and intensive facilitation.
• Some schedule flexibility required, due to start and end dates of programs/workshops.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for all clinical work in Onsite’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Contribute to content development for the clinical and business development departments (e.g. digital workshops and programming)
Requirements
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Mental health professional licensure (i.e. LPC,LCSW, LMFT, etc)
• Currently licensed in state of TN or ability to transfer licensure to TN within one year of hire
• Strong clinical skills in various modalities of treating survivors of various types of trauma such as: Psychodrama and Experiential skills , EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy,
• 12 Step/recovery knowledge helpful
