In this role, you will educate, advise, and sell referents and the public on Onsite programs and services, potential client and family relations, referral relations, etc. The Admissions Specialist will work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Clinical, Finance and Programming teams to meet the needs of program participants and the marketplace.
Primary Functions include:
Requirements
High school education with college level training preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in behavioral health field and admissions experience preferred
Knowledge of 12 Step/recovery/counseling process and services with ability to communicate those in a professional manner strongly preferred.
Analysis and problem-solving competences
Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must possess a valid Driver’s license or State ID.
Must meet federal, state, and local Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Indexing requirements.
