Onit (SimpleLegal) - Pune, Maharashtra, India - Full Time

We are looking for startup-minded Support Analyst to be the foundational members of our rapidly growing Engineering organization. Our list of over 200 customers includes a range of companies from AirBnB, Sequoia Capital, MGM, Reddi and Github. Our culture is focused on ownership, transparency, and community. The role provides world-class technical support via phone, email and online, for clients utilizing SimpleLegal and CounselGO products. We are seeking someone who enjoys solving problems for other people, has a strong technical background (we will provide training on our products and services), and can explain complex ideas and concepts in a clear, simple manner.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide front-line and ongoing technical support for SimpleLegal, CounselGO and SecureDocs.
• Be responsible for reproducing, debugging and/or confirming product defects. Report such defects to Product Management or Engineering for immediate resolution or future consideration.
• Educate users on all functions and features of our system.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on product features, product performance, alternative solutions, and market trends.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with minimal oversight and direction.
• Takes responsibility for projects end-to-end, from idea to completion.
• Provides assistance to colleagues where needed.
• Participate effectively as an individual and team contributor within a multifaceted technology environment.

Preferred Experience

• 2-4 years of related technical support or software implementations experience in SaaS software.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about our customers’ business requirements and expectations.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Investigative curiosity and root cause analysis skills.
• Specific experience in the legal world is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree desired.
