Oneview Healthcare is Hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant (North America) Near St Louis, MO

Do you want to deliver solutions that better patient and care team experience in hospitals? We use an intelligent, integrated platform with connected devices from tablets to TVs to bring patients entertainment, health information, food ordering, video calling, and more. 

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant/ Implementation Engineer who can collaborate with engineering and project management teams to implement our platform at customers in the US. You will work closely with customers and colleagues to define and manage technical requirements, build/test environments and document configurations, and provide support for installations and go-lives of our platform at some of the best hospitals in the world. 

This opportunity affords the right candidate a broad exposure to forge great customer relationships, grow technical and leadership abilities, own projects start to finish, and lead delivery of our platform on the ground. We operate from offices in Chicago, Dublin (Ireland) and Melbourne (Australia). Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage delivery of our software, hardware, and services at US implementations. 
  • Key stakeholder in driving technical discovery workshops, defining requirements and design, and implementing solutions from integrations to workflow configuration. 
  • Technical point of contact through the project lifecycle, serving as a high-level escalation path for advanced support. 
  • Working with internal teams such as QA, Engineering, Product, and Support to resolve issues, track bugs, test changes, rollout updates, deliver feedback, and enable technical excellence. 
  • Configure our software on site, testing those configs and integrations, documenting test cases and results. 
  • Support the customer during user acceptance testing, ensuring issues are triaged, ticketed, tracked, and resolved. 
  • Lead technical go-live, ensuring proper handover with documentation and training to client and internal support.
  • This role is a US-wide role travelling 35-50% per month, proximity to hub airport desired.
  • The right candidate is detailed orientated and organized with a mind on the big picture for both the customer and company. Displays critical thinking prowess, adapts new information.
  • You understand the importance of information security and your responsibility to maintain and ensure it in every process in Oneview Healthcare.
  • Be a steward of excellent information security practices for our patients, clients, and company. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience 
  • 4 years of experience in a highly technical, client facing role 
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Track record of successful projects and implementations 
  • Adaptable to varied audiences, can easily explain, present and influence others
  • Strong technical troubleshooting of complex issues, involving networking, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, APIs and integration configuration
  • Experience with Android STB and tablets and mobile device management solutions
  • Valued colleague who can be self-sufficient and collaborative with our international team
  • Desired
    • Healthcare/HIPAA, HL7, Mirth, et al
    • Epic/Cerner/Meditech experience
    • Use of Confluence and JIRA 
    • Familiar with adb, and PowerShell, scripting
    • Ability to use SQL Queries and APIs in Postman
