Director of Therapy Services

The Onesource management and administrative staff have over 20 years of experience, successfully serving hundreds of patients in a home setting, whether a facility or a private residence. Our expansion and growth provide us with an opportunity for an experienced, independent, thoughtful, and committed Director of Therapy to join our team.
What the position looks like:
You can make a life-changing impact on people from all walks of life by directing rehabilitative care for a diverse population of elderly, critically ill, disabled, those recovering from a surgery, injury, or accident, or a combination. Provide clinical direction and support for a skilled team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists providing one-on-one patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home. This allows your team to develop a deeper relationship and to practice with more independence and autonomy than in traditional roles.
Perform physician referral review and assignment. Review and evaluate therapeutic care services and team performance. Assist the therapy team in developing care plans and progression toward patient-centered goals. Assist the team in the delegation to and supervision of PTAs and COTAs. Direct case conference. Conduct quarterly records and quality reviews/audits. Drive quality improvement initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Comply with regulatory standards and accepted professional standards and principles. Foster a framework that allows all team members to flourish in their field, and so much more. Service area includes Idaho Falls and Pocatello, primary location and travel can be discussed at the time of interview.

What you will need:
· Current active therapy license in good standing with the state of Idaho.
· CPR certification, will provide if needed.
