Project Manager | About You
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, tracking, and managing an assigned portfolio of cross-functional projects. You will drive results, achieve milestones, and manage all aspects of project delivery. You will utilize business acumen, project leadership skills, and knowledge of business priorities to effectively guide work forward to meet key project objectives. You will create and foster relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with a web of offshore and onshore resources.
Project Manager | Day-to-Day
- Ensure fast and continuous delivery of value that aligns with objectives.
- Plan, analyze, and assign project duties while maintaining and managing accurate documentation, backlogs, and project life cycle progress for multiple projects.
- Prepare updates and reports on project status to key stakeholders while bridging gaps and facilitating alignment across numerous stakeholders.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks and adapt when needed.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and interface constantly to update accurate status reports and project reviews.
Project Manager | Skills & Experience
- Solid Project Management experience and proven expertise in managing numerous projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Project Management Systems and working in a Scrum environment.
- Hands-on experience with Data Migration.
- Expertise in toggling between multiple domains including Sales, Contracts, and Services.
- Excellent communication and ability to present to all levels of an organization and experience working with onshore and offshore resources.
- Strong willingness to learn, think through problems, visualize solutions, and adapt to new procedures.
- Exposure to working on a Snowflake-based project is a bonus!
