Position Summary:

-Create and follow through with patient-centric care plans

-Utilize clinical and patient centered metrics to ensure the quality delivery of services

-Lead by example and work collaboratively with a team of therapist to ensure seamless delivery of services

-Document care efficiently, while meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations

-Comply with all local, state and federal rules and regulations

Qualifications:

•Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

•Current State licensure for Occupational Therapy Assistant or the ability to obtain

•Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required
