• Job: R.N. - MSU
• EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1.
• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS. PALS is preferred
• Experience: 3 years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience preferred, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
• Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics 
• Shift: 12 hour shifts. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Covid testing clinics and/or Flu Immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.

• Housing: Information can be found under the 'Facility Group Document’ section.
• Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will pushed to the following Monday

• Other: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc

12 hour shifts. Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needs may change.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Travel package: $2,940

Taxable: $ 720
